  • RC Management offers paid time off to all employees. Earned Paid Leave (EPL) can be used for any reason, including personal time off, a planned vacation, or for an emergency, illness, or sudden necessity. Employees accrue one hour for every 40 hours worked, for a maximum of 40 hours accrued per benefit year (January 1 - December 31).

  • Employees receive an employee meal up to $12 for all scheduled shifts.

  • RC Management participates in McDonald’s National Employee Discount of 30% through the McDonald’s Global App. This discount can be used any time at all participating McDonald’s restaurants.
